※ 해당학생은 기간 내 신청서 및 증빙서류를 구비하여 신청하시고 장학혜택을 받으시기 바랍니다.
(* 신청기간 경과로 인한 불이익이 없도록 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.)
1. 장학금 신청안내
- [종합정보시스템(로그인) → 개인정보 → 장학금신청] → 신청서작성 후 저장 → 신청서 출력 → 구비서류와 함께 제출
(※신청기간 중 출력가능)
2. 신청자격 및 제출서류

-기초생활수급자 -차상위계층 | (본인 또는 부모) ▶기초생활수급자 ◆차상위계층(6종)
①당해학기 평점평균 2.0이상 : 최대 등록금의 1/2 감면(국가장학금과 동시 수혜자는 국가장학금을 제외한 차액만 지급) ②당해학기 평점평균 1.5이상 2.0미만 : 장학금 50만원 감면 | ▶수급자증명서 | 1. 신청서 1부(전산 출력) 2. 증명서 1부 (학생명의 발급 시 3번 서류 생략) 3. 주민등록등본 또는 학생명의 가족관계증명서(증명서 부모명의 발급 시 추가 제출) 1부

-장애인 | ① 본인 또는 부모(2인 모두)가 장애 1~3급인 경우 : 장학금액 : 100만원 (직전학기 평점평균 2.0 이상) ※ 단, 사망, 이혼 등의 사유에 의해 부모1인만 장애1~3급일 경우 포함. | 1. 신청서 1부(전산 출력) 2. 장애인증명서 또는 장애인등록증 1부 3. 주민등록등본(또는 부모명의 가족관계증명서) 1부 (※편부모일 경우 혼인증명서 또는 가족관계증명서(부모명의) 제출)

[교육자자녀장학금] | ▶부산/울산/경남지역 학교의 교원단체연합회(교총) 또는 교원단체(전교조, 한교조, 자교조, 대한교조)에 가입된 회원의 자녀 : 장학금액 : 10만원 (직전학기 평점평균 2.0이상) | 1. 신청서 1부(전산 출력) 2. 학비감면원(또는 조합원 증명서) 1부 3. 주민등록등본(또는 학생명의 가족관계증명서) 1부

3. 신청 기간 : 2015년 12월 1일(화) ∼ 12월 24일(목), (월~금, 09:00~16:50), 토, 일, 공휴일 제외
(기간 중에만 신청 가능, 복학예정자는 2016년 2월 등록금 납부기간 중 신청가능)
4. 신청 장소 : 장학지원팀(대학본부 1층), 학생서비스센터(자연·생활과학대학 1층),
한의과대학행정지원실(양정캠퍼스), 2부대학행정지원실(야간강좌 학생)에 제출
5. 장학금 지급방법 : 등록금 납입 시(고지서 발송 시) 학비 감면
