2015학년도 학부 재학생의 전공 배정에 관한 사항을 학칙 제2조 및 『학부제운영규정』에 의거 아래와 같이 공고합니다.
- 아 래 -
1. 희망전공 입력기간(종합정보시스템) : 2015. 12. 07(월) ~ 12. 11(금)
(학생이 학생종합정보시스템에서 직접 입력 후 전공배정원서 출력)
2. 전공배정원서 제출기간 및 장소 : 2015. 12. 07(월) ~ 12. 14(월), 학부사무실
(학생이 전공배정원서를 보호자 확인 후 학부사무실로 제출)
3. 전공배정 확정 : 2015. 12. 29(화) ~ 12. 30(수)
4. 전공배정 결과 공고기간 : 2016. 01. 05(화) ~ 01. 08(금)
5. 전공배정 통보 : 2016. 01. 13(수) 가정으로 통보 예정
6. 전공배정 원칙
가. 학부제운영규정 제5조(전공별 배정 인원)에 의거 정원배정 기준인원을 기준으로 정원의 130%까지 배정할 수 있으나, 각 전공의 균형을 위하여 각 전공 정원의 70% 이상 배정함을 원칙으로 한다.
나. 신청 비율이 높은 전공을 우선하여 130%에서 차례로 배정한다.
7. 유의사항
가. 전공 배정 시에 지원 전공을 우선한다.
나. 전공 지원 신청은 학부에 소속된 전공 수만큼 지원해야 한다.
다. 전공 배정 시 1학년 2개 학기의 성적을 인정받은 학생(군입대 휴학자)도 반드시 전공 배정을 하여야 한다.
라. 본인의 의사를 표명하지 않은 자는 최소 신청 전공에 배정한다.
마. 입학당시의 모집단위 및 학부가 변경된 복학생 및 재입학생은 별도 규정에 따른다.
바. 해당학생은 전공배정 결과 공고기간에 전공배정 결과를 반드시 확인하여야 한다.
