2016학년도 1학기 사회봉사실천학점 대상자 및 신청기간 안내

1. 대상자 : 정규학기(8개학기) 이내의 재·휴학생
※ 기존 “사회봉사”특별학점 이수자는 적용 불가(중복 이수 불가)
2. 이수시간 : 30시간 이상(최대 1학점 부여. 자유선택 영역)
※ 하루 최대 8시간 인정
※ 헌혈은 최대 1회 4시간 인정(헌혈증 기부자에 한함)
3. 신청 및 활동기간(확인서 제출기간)
: 2015년 12월 ~ 2016년 5월(5월 한달)
※ 학기별 신청기간 이내로 신청한 봉사활동에 한해 시간 인정됨
※ 확인서 제출은 평일 근무시간(9~17시, 주말및공휴일제외)에 한해 사회봉사센터로 직접 제출
※ 확인서 제출시 5월 하순경은 대기시간이 길어지니, 5월 초·중순경으로 제출 독려
4. 신청 방법
1) 활동하기 : 1365(www.1365.go.kr),vms(www.vms.or.kr),청소년자원봉사(www.dovol.net)에서 확인서발급이 되는 기관
2) 신청 및 보고서 작성 : 종합정보시스템→기타신청→봉사실천(신청/입력)
3) 최종 확인서 제출
※ 제출서류 : 확인서1부(세부활동내역서 포함)
(확인서는 1365,vms,청소년자원봉사 사이트에서 직접 출력하여 제출)
5. 관련문의 : 사회봉사센터(상영관203호), 내선1957
