1. 학적상태 구분
가. 재학 : 정규학기 이내 재학하고 있는 자 및 학칙에 의한 소정의 전 과정을 이수하지 못한자
나. 수료 : 학칙에 의한 소정의 전 과정을 이수하였으나, 졸업논문 또는 그와 동등한 실적심사에 합격하지 못한 자
다. 졸업유예 : 졸업요건을 충족하는 자가 본인의 원에 의하여 해당 학기 졸업시기를 연기한 자
※ 졸업요건 : 졸업요구학점 이수 + 졸업논문 등 합격
2. 시행일시 : 2016.02.19(월), 2015학년도 전기 학위 수여일부터 시행
3. 수료 및 졸업유예로 인한 학적상태 변경에 따른 조치사항
가. 수료(졸업요구학점 기준은 충족하나, 졸업논문 등 불합격 상태)
1) 재학생 신분유지 ⇒ 정규학기, 1학점 이상 수강신청 및 현금등록 ⇒ 재학증명서 및 졸업예정증명서, 도서 대출 및 열람실 이용가능
2) 수료생에 대하여 학칙 제26조 (수료)에 의거 수료증서 발급
3) 기존 수료자 및 수료예정자는 2015학년도 전기 학위 수여일(2016.02.19.)기준으로 반드시 정규학기(2016-1학기부터 적용) 1학점 이상 수강신청 및 현금등록이 되어 있어야 재학생 신분유지가 가능함.
(정규학기(2016-1학기부터 적용) 미등록자는 재학증명서, 졸업예정증명서 발급이 불가하며, 도서 대출 및 열람실 이용 불가)
4) 수료상태에서 미등록일 경우, 재학생 신분은 유지할 수 없으나 해당학기 졸업논문 제출시 졸업 가능함. 또한 수료상태(미등록)을 유지하다가 특정 정규학기 수강신청 및 현금등록시 재학생 신분을 부여함.
※ 2014학년도 전기 학위 수여일(2015.02.23) 이후부터 졸업요구학점 기준은 충족하나 졸업논문 등이 불합격된 자는 학적상태가 수료로 구분되었음.

나. 졸업유예
1) 대상 : 졸업사정 합격자
2) 절차 : 졸업유예 신청 ⇒ 현금등록 ⇒ 졸업유예 확정
3) 의무사항
