다. 자격 요건
1) 심신이 건전하고, 유학의 성과를 귀국 후에도 되살려 장래 지도자적인 역할을 다할 것으로 인정되는 자
2) 4년제 대학졸업자
3) 나이·성별 불문
4) 수학에 필요한 일본어 능력 보유자(일본어 공인성적 보유자)
5) 유학 이후 니가타현과의 교류확대에 기여할 수 있는 자(특히, 비즈니스 관계자)
6) 재학시절의 전공 분야, 또는 이력과 깊이 관련된 분야의 전공을 희망하는 자
