2016학년도 1학기 전과 신청기간 공지
1. 신청기간 : 2016년 2월 15일(월) 09:00 ~ 2월 19일(금) 17:00
• 전과(전공) 여석은 1월 27일(수)부터 [홈페이지 종합정보시스템> 기타신청> 전과신청]에서 확인 가능하며, 본교 홈페이지>공지사항>학사공지사항에도 확인가능함.
• PDF파일 여석은 주간에서 주간으로 전출.전입여석이며, 야간에서 주간으로의 전출여석입니다.
※ 모집중지 학과로 인하여 야간으로 전입은 불가능합니다.
2. 신청절차

※반드시 전과(전공)신청 기간 내에 전과(전공)신청서를 학사지원팀으로로 직접 제출해야 하며, 미제출 시 무효 처리 됩니다.
3. 신청자격

4. 합격자 발표 : 2016년 2월 23일(화)
• 확인 방법
- [홈페이지 종합정보시스템 로그인> 기타신청> 전과신청]에서 직접 확인
- 별도의 합격자 발표 및 개별적 합격통지는 없음
5. 현금등록 및 현 소속학과 수강신청 : 2016년 2월 15일(월) ~ 2월 18일(목)
6 수강신청 일자 : 2016년 2월 25일(목) 09:00 ~ 21:00 까지.(합격자에 한함)
• 전과 후 학과에서 지도교수를 다시 지정 받은 후에 지도교수 세미나 교과목을 수강신청하여함.
7. 유의사항
• 전과(전공)가 확정된 학생의 경우 ‘전과(전공)한 학생의 교과이수방법’을 반드시 숙지한 후에 수강신청 하시기 바랍니다.
• 전과신청은 반드시 현금등록 후 신청해야하며, 전과합격후 등록금 추가납부자는 추가납부까지해야하며, 미등록시 전과는 취소될 수 있습니다.
• 전과는 재학 중 1회에 한해 허가함을 유의하시기 바랍니다.(전과후 전과는 불허함)
• 전과가 확정된 재학생은 등록금의 추가 납부 또는 환불할 수 있습니다.
- 등록금 추가 납부 : 2016년 3월 2일(수) ~ 3월 4일(금)
- 등록금 환불 일자 : 2016년 3월 중순 이후 예정
- 환불계좌는 학생용종합정보시스템>개인정보변경에 반드시 입력해야함[환불자에 한함]
※ 전과신청자의 경우 전과신청일 2월 15일(월)부터 전과결과 발표일 2월 23(화)일까지는 휴학이 불가능합니다.
